Remote Support
Our remote support is the simplest and quickest (and most affordable) form of providing you support. We rely on an internet connection to establish communication from our workstations to yours.
On-Site Support
We’ll come on-site and perform the repair in-person. In most cases this is necessary when an internet connection is not available for remote support. Regardless, we would love to see you
Emergency Support
This is support for after-hours operation. Our typical working hours are from 8am to 5pm. Anytime before 8am, or after 5pm is when the “emergency” tag will apply. If you’re a restaurant or a 24/hour operating business, we will create a special support arrangement.
Retainer Support
Retain our help-desk services on a monthly basis for a small fee. We’ll be your internal IT help-desk and field all of your user’s troubleshooting tickets, remotely or on-site.
