Before we started Brown IT Solutions, we had a number of “side jobs” that consisted of helping out small to medium sized businesses with their technical assistance. Most of these businesses didn’t mind that we couldn’t give them attention right away but, were more focused on a complete solution to their problems. I always found this to be a little backwards. In large scale IT environments, the quicker you could get to an issue, the better. So, why is it different here? Here’s my quick rundown –
- Customer Service – Yes, we’ve offered tech support in the area for a while now but, we’ve also had the pleasure of working with other support providers in the area. One thing that always jumps out at me is how unapproachable most of these techs are. Small talk becomes unbearable and out-of-work interests are non existent.
- Limited Offerings – Services offered are very few. “Tech Support” is now just a blanket term for what a customer really is looking for. Cloud Migration? Network Security? Compliance? As technology grows, the support offerings get larger.
- Cost Saving Opportunities – As a business, the thought of working with a 3rd party is usually driven by improving your bottom line. Affordable and quality tech support options need to be on the table. Most local MSPs are not that affordable. Brown IT will work with you and stay within your budget.
If you’re interested in evaluating your current tech support program, please send us a message. We would love to have the opportunity to tailor a support plan to your business needs.
